The experience is great really clean really nice service great staff as well this is a place you’d wanna stay great price and quality
We absolutely loved the room, very nice and clean. Only complaint was that the coffee package was open and dirty coffee straw was left on counter top...... zero rodents
Im usually dont give reviews, even if bad bc there are tons of ppl who do that, over nothing, to just get hard working people at risk of their job, but I wanted to commend the front desk and staff, in particular Mrs. Flor, who went above and off the line to help me and my family out. For those of you who frequent hotels, you know how the business and customer service at the low to mid range hotels are. It's black and white, no gray area allowed, even in this human operated sector as the client and merchant. Not here, they understand and try to help if these Grey area situations arise. Ive noticed small things like late checkout, to bigger ones by just trusting the public again. Stay here, there are 6 or within a 1/4 mile of here, but only one with the gracious and helpful Mrs Flow on site!
Kitchen stove didn’t work, bathroom pretty good size bed to small , kitchen really little lol , but I can hold this but the smell on the hallways I think the carpet it’s either to old or just not good maintenance, Every time went I was going outside my nose was covered.
It was great they cleaned the room everyday spacious nice kitchenette big refrigerator toaster microwave coffee maker stovetop ironing board table 2 chairs ice machine downstairs vending machine washer and dryer $2 to wash $2 to dry would definitely go back .the staff was super nice and internet was awesome ND elevator works
My son and I stayed there recently and our stay was great . Clean rooms and great staff
The rooms were very clean the people at the front desk weren’t very friendly and got a room that the TV didn’t work in it and when they were told about it, they said they had some maintenance to fix it. Well, guess what for 2 1/half days that I was there the Fixed so rented a hotel room that was really nice but got no TV. I have no breakfast so they get 3 1/2 stars.
